I ask the Lord, "give me joy, through peace and suffering." And if I pray enough on a roller coaster that sends me 150 feet in the air, I feel perfectly fine.

I realize that I am mortal, and I cannot understand many things, and as a young adult, I am coming to accept that.

I'm starting to enjoy not caring about the more complicated things in life.

Or what others think or feel about me, because what do they really know?

I have discovered what it's like to be in love, and noticed that I am not nearly as fake with this man as I am with even myself... Because we all like to lie to ourselves a little, and never to the ones we love.

Life looks like it's growing years shorter every day. I don't feel invincible anymore.

But life is good, and if you think about it, it's the best thing we have.
